SAFEGUARDING
Recognise concerns.
Speak up.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. If you are worried about abuse, neglect or someone’s safety, raise your concern.
IMMEDIATE DANGER
Call 999.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999.
RAISE A CONCERN
Contact the appropriate team.
Contact Homeforts on 020 3576 3134 during office hours or email enquiries@homefortscare.co.uk. Ask how to share sensitive information securely.
You can also contact the safeguarding team at the person’s local authority. Do not wait for a general enquiry response if you believe someone is at risk.
Use Find your local council to identify the relevant authority. The CQC contact page provides routes to share regulatory concerns.
OUR APPROACH
Structured support.
Clear escalation.
Our service model includes individualised risk assessments, safeguarding procedures, incident reporting and clear escalation pathways. We work with relevant NHS, local authority, forensic, probation and statutory professionals.
Weekly multidisciplinary reviews support early recognition and structured review of emerging concerns. They do not replace urgent safeguarding or emergency action.
